Terms and Conditions – Areen PC
Your use of the areenpc.com website (the “Site”) and our services, including phone orders, online purchases, and inquiries from Areen PC, is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this Site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions personally or as an agent for any business entity you represent.
The term “Customer” means you or the business entity you are ordering goods or services for. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site and please do not submit any orders for products or services.
The Terms and Conditions posted on this website, including the warranty policy, are public information and must be adhered to by anyone doing business with Areen PC unless there is a written contract signed by an officer of Areen PC.
General Terms and Conditions

Customer agrees that Areen PC is not liable for mismatched product pictures, typographical errors, or mistakes in product information. Product specifications may change without notice. Customer agrees to verify specifications before placing an order.

Areen PC is only responsible for products named on the invoice.

Our sales representatives are not authorized to make representations or promises beyond these Terms and Conditions and any written warranty. Any additional agreements must be made in writing and signed by an officer of Areen PC.

Each item in a multi-item order is treated independently unless otherwise noted in writing. Defects, replacements, or cancellations of one item do not void the entire order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the confirmation email and ensure all details (billing, shipping, products) are correct. Duplicate orders due to multiple submissions are subject to restocking and shipping fees.

Order cancellations are only accepted by phone with a representative or through the online order portal prior to processing. Email or voicemail cancellations are not valid. Orders canceled after payment may incur processing or restocking fees.
Web Ordering Security
We use 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your order information online. Customers should verify that their browser displays “https://” or a lock icon when entering payment details. If you cannot access the secure server, please contact Areen PC directly to place your order.
Trademarks
All trademarks and registered trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and do not imply any endorsement or affiliation with Areen PC.
Making Purchases
By purchasing through Areen PC, you agree to:

Be responsible for any collection fees and legal costs arising from unauthorized chargebacks.
Shipping Policy

We ship to valid physical addresses in the U.S. and internationally where couriers permit. APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes may be accommodated at Areen PC’s discretion.

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Rerouting fees due to incorrect addresses will be charged directly to the Customer.

Orders typically require handling or build time prior to shipping. Expedited shipping applies after shipment, not from the order date.

Areen PC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, natural events, customs, or other conditions beyond our control.

All shipments include basic insurance. Customers may request additional coverage at their expense.
Pricing and Errors
Due to industry fluctuations, prices may change without notice. If an item is listed incorrectly (due to error or vendor issue), Areen PC reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.
Order Acceptance
Order confirmations (via web or phone) do not guarantee acceptance. Areen PC may decline or cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to payment failure, fraud suspicion, or stock availability.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Areen PC for any product sold shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

Areen PC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

The Site and all materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Title Transfer
Ownership of products transfers to the Customer only after full payment has been received and processed by Areen PC.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas under AAA arbitration rules.
Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and authorized by Areen PC.

Returned products must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are calculated at current market value of the returned hardware, not the original purchase price.

Software, opened accessories, and special-order items are non-refundable.

All returns require proof of purchase.
Warranty Service

Areen PC warrants hardware components (excluding software, consumables, or accessories) for the duration specified at purchase.

Within 60 days, Areen PC covers both-way shipping for valid warranty claims. After 60 days, the Customer pays shipping to Areen PC; Areen PC covers return shipping.

Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

Customers must back up their data before sending in products. Areen PC is not liable for data loss.
Software & Licensing
Pre-installed or bundled software is subject to the licensing terms of the software publisher (e.g., Microsoft). Areen PC does not provide warranties for third-party software.
Service & Repairs
Out-of-warranty repairs or upgrades will be billed for parts and labor. Areen PC is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by third-party parts supplied by the Customer.
Refused Shipments
Refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
International Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and related fees. Shipping, customs, and taxes are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
Areen PC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, shortages, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Areen PC, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Updates & Modifications
Areen PC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
