Refund & Return Policy – Areen PC
At Areen PC, we are committed to delivering high-quality computer systems, components, and accessories. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Areen PC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. General Return Policy
1.1. All returns must be initiated within [15/30] calendar days of the original delivery date.
1.2. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, cables, and accessories.
1.3. Returns are subject to inspection. Items not meeting these conditions may be denied a refund or charged a restocking fee of up to 20%.
1.4. Custom-built PCs and special-order items are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

The item was damaged during shipping.

The wrong item was shipped.

The return request complies with Section 1 above.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened software, digital licenses, or downloadable products.

Custom-built or configured systems once assembly has begun.

Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.

Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
4. Return Process

4.2. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
4.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error by Areen PC (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Areen PC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5.2. Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5.3. In cases of partial refunds (e.g., missing parts, damaged packaging), deductions may apply.
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Warranty Claims
Products sold by Areen PC may be covered by manufacturer or Areen PC warranties. Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and may be separate from this Refund & Return Policy.
8. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action or submission to a collections agency. Customers are required to first attempt resolution through Areen PC’s support team before initiating a chargeback.
9. Modifications
Areen PC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
